Position Responsibilities
- Ensure all talent development activities are strategically planned, executed, and implemented.
- Manage and facilitate end-to-end coordination of training programs, including sourcing, planning, scheduling, and communication with stakeholders, covering mandatory programs like Food Handler Certificate (FHC), Halal Awareness, Halal Compliance Training, OSH-C Training, etc.
- Support the enhancement of current training policies and guidelines as needed.
- Monitor and manage training costs against the allocated budget, including HRDC grants and claims.
- Act as a liaison between employees and the Talent Management & Development (TM&D) team for training-related inquiries.
- Maintain and enhance digital training records and data management systems.
- Deliver and evaluate the effectiveness of talent development programs using metrics and surveys, and recommend improvements.
- Support the development and enhancement of onboarding experiences for new employees.
- Assist the TM&D team in key projects, such as ZUS career development programs and Talent Engagement activities.
- Support the implementation, process improvement, and integration of digital resources for employees.
- Participate in cross-functional projects, including mega-events, to achieve organizational goals.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree and/or Master’s in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or related fields.
- 1 to 2 years of experience in a learning and development role; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Experience with HRD Corp matters and related training guidelines is preferred.
- Project management experience is an advantage.
- Experience with early career development programs is preferred.
- Knowledge of learning and development best practices and industry trends.
- Familiarity with e-learning platforms and digital training tools.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Malay.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Competence in data collection, analysis, and interpretation.
- Proficient in computer skills.
- Confident, proactive, able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Own transportation and willingness to travel.
