I. Company Summary:

II. Job Summary:

BridgeNet Solutions is acting as the 4PL provider for a global client. The Control Towers are regional hubs that direct operational activities and provide visibility to the client. This role is a broad-ranging Business Analyst that conducts overall analysis and evaluation for one of our global client supply chains, identifies and drives CI Initiatives within their assigned region. The position will develop and standardize data reporting processes and workflows within and across regions. It will also provide reporting support for logistics incident responses and special projects.

III. Essential Functions:

  1. Responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting logistics and supply chain data to generate reports and KPIs.
  2. Conducts monthly reviews with regional control tower teams to understand performance trends and captures improvement plans as required.
  3. Provides reports on performance trends to internal and external stakeholders.
  4. Documents technical requirements to enable IT development teams to improve or fix software platforms.
  5. Conducts testing for technical changes and improvements.
  6. Develops dashboards and other BI tools for stakeholders.
  7. Supports regional 4PL teams with data-driven projects and analysis.
  8. Manages updates to master data.
  9. Provides data and analysis for projects and sourcing events.
  10. Interfaces with technical teams to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
  11. Performs special reviews and projects as needed.

Job Requirements

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Strong analytical capabilities.
  • Business or supply chain analyst experience is preferred but not essential.
  • Knowledge of BI platforms or similar tools.
  • Knowledge of logistics/supply chain systems or experience with business management systems in logistics (TMS, ERP, accounting systems, etc.).
  • Experience utilizing business intelligence to achieve results.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Project management skills.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree required.

Travel/Meeting Requirements:

  • Travel is expected to be less than 5%.
  • Meetings and conference calls may occur outside normal hours for global participation.
