Contract Duration: 6 months with PERSOLKELLY (renewable based on performance & business needs)

Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM

Salary: Starting from RM1,700 + statutory contributions & insurance coverage

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma holder
  • Presentable & professional

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Administrative Support – Manage documentation, records, and scheduling for the unit.
  2. Coordination – Assist with unit’s project management (PM) & coordination work (CW).
  3. Office Organization – Oversee unit administration to ensure smooth daily operations.
  4. Safety & Security Compliance – Ensure adherence to Health, Safety, and Security measures.
  5. Front Desk Duties – Serve as the first point of contact, greeting visitors and handling inquiries.
