Job description

1. Liaise and coordinate activities to meet customer’s order requirements.

2. Prepare sales instructions upon receiving customer orders.

3. Liaise and coordinate closely with Planning, Production, and Delivery Store departments to ensure smooth execution of customers’ orders.

4. Provide follow-up actions to serve customer requirements effectively.

5. Prepare Shipment Advice and follow up with the Shipping department on vessel bookings for export delivery.

6. Prepare weekly sales reports.

7. Arrange sending and collecting samples for proof to and from customers.

8. Ensure every effort is made to satisfy customer needs.

9. Support the Sales Director in preparing, following up, and managing sales quotations to clients.

10. Perform any other sales management duties as assigned.

11. Regularly visit existing customers to secure more purchase orders.

12. Compile monthly assessment reports of individual customers visited.

13. Assist in market studies or surveys as assigned.
