Key Responsibilities

  1. Perform receipting promptly and accurately within the designated timeline.
  2. Process journals and DKOs.
  3. Ensure all receipts are properly documented and filed.
  4. Support month-end closing activities.
  5. Assist in audits by providing required documentation.
  6. Liaise with internal teams to reconcile unmatched and undetermined transactions.
  7. Participate in UAT and projects related to collection and receipting processes.
