Job description

Handle monthly salary and commission calculations using the BIPO HRMS system, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.

Ensure all statutory contributions and payments are submitted in compliance with local regulations and deadlines.

Maintain payroll records and support audits or reporting as required.

HR Operations & Compliance

Ensure all HR documentation and processes comply with labor laws, regulations, and company policies.

Support audits, reporting, and implementation of HR best practices and process improvements.

Stay abreast of HR trends, legal updates, and industry best practices to support strategic HR planning.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance / Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.

Proven experience as an HR Executive or similar role.

Strong knowledge of HR functions, employment laws, and regulations.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
