Qualifications

Responsibilities And Tasks
  1. Lead the implementation of the LSO PAC System, focusing on problem-solving and process optimization in workplace safety, product quality, productivity, and equipment reliability, ensuring safety standards are met. Achieve performance goals through PEAK LSO PAC deployment.
  2. Establish, update, and monitor the LSO PACs implementation plan; escalate challenges to the Senior CI Manager. Conduct regular progress reviews.
  3. Update LSO PACs health status monthly via Ignition-PEAK Metric.
  4. Support Continuous Improvement initiatives to build organizational capability, ensuring adherence to DMAIC and stage-gate processes.
  5. Conduct loss analysis with stakeholders, identify high-value initiatives, and develop implementation plans aligned with business needs biannually.
  6. Train, coach, and consult LSO System Owners and Kaizen leaders through workshops, discussions, reviews, and Gemba activities.
  7. Validate Project Charter data periodically with relevant departments to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  8. Lead communication of CI projects and best practices internally and globally, including publications and reviews.
  9. Maintain monthly LSO PACs dashboards, including Project Management Board, Skills Matrix, Action Tracker, and Project Savings.
  10. Assist in PEAK implementation at Ipoh and Penang plants and support strategic initiatives.
  11. Prioritize safety in all projects, addressing machinery, ergonomics, and standardization issues.
Requirements
  1. Industrial Engineering BSc or equivalent.
  2. Minimum 5 years experience in TPM, Lean, or similar Continuous Improvement methodologies.
  3. Green Belt certification is advantageous.
  4. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, and statistical analysis.
  5. Project management experience, automation knowledge is a plus.
  6. People-oriented, capable of working across organizational levels.
