Engineering Manager - Fullstack Low Code Development

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead and manage a team of engineers/developers focused on fullstack and low-code platform development.
2. Oversee the design, architecture, and implementation of secure and scalable solutions for trading applications.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align engineering projects with business goals.
4. Ensure development excellence by implementing best practices in CI/CD pipelines, code quality, and security.
5. Drive innovation by exploring new tools and methodologies, such as GitHub Copilot and advanced security measures.

Qualifications

1. Experience: Minimum 8–10 years in software development or engineering, with at least 3–5 years in a leadership or managerial role.
2. Proven expertise in fullstack development and low-code platforms like OutSystems, Mendix, or similar technologies.
3. Strong understanding of software architecture, cloud technologies, and DevOps.
4. Experience with AI-driven development tools, CI/CD pipelines, and advanced security protocols.
5. Familiarity with fintech or trading platforms is an advantage.

Preferred Skills

1. Hands-on experience with GitHub Actions, market data integration, and financial services compliance.
2. Knowledge of trading systems, including mobile and web-based applications.
