Job Description
- Work closely with Group Operation Director & provide accurate data to make the right decision.
- Resource utilization.
- Project Profitability - on time, on budget project delivery.
- Project Governance – implement policy, process, methodology and tools to achieve consistent professional implementation practice.
- Process – streamline process and implement methods and tools to support the process.
- Competence Development - Responsible for the continual knowledge and competence development of project managers and project engineers.
- Support - Enforce proper handover process to first line support team.
- Customer Advocate.
- Good leadership capability with strong planning and follow up skills, mentorship & Work Allocation.
- Perform other responsibilities as assigned by management.
Minimum Requirements
- PMP Certification - MUST
- 5 years or more in Project Management experience & people management experience.
- Experience in Agri field or Green field will be added advantage.
- Good command of English. Competence in other languages would be an advantage.
- A Bachelors or diploma or degree is desired.
- Leadership – People management, global view, critical thinking.
- Managerial – problem-solving, deadline conscious, process driven, implement process for continual improvement.
- Personality – customer-focused, persevering, empathetic, and passionate for excellence.
