About the role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Human Resource Executive to join our dynamic team at AD ARTISAN MANUFACTURING SDN BHD'. This full-time role will be based in Pengkalan Chepa, Kota Bharu, Kelantan, and will play a pivotal part in driving our human resource initiatives and ensuring the smooth operation of our organisation.

What you'll be doing

  • Overseeing the entire employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and off-boarding
  • Developing and implementing HR policies, procedures, and best practices to align with the company's strategic objectives
  • Providing HR-related advice and support to managers and employees, addressing any issues or concerns that arise
  • Coordinating and administering employee benefits, compensation, and training programs
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records and ensuring compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and implement solutions that enhance employee engagement and productivity

What we're looking for

  • A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar HR generalist role, preferably in the manufacturing industry
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Proactive and adaptable, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
