Job Position: Accounts and Finance Manager

Salary Package: RM10,000 - RM13,000

Working Days: 5 Days

Working Hours: Mon - Fri: 9:00am - 6:00pm

Job Scope:

Financial Accounting & Reporting (Accounting)

Job Responsibilities:
  1. Financial Planning & Budgeting: Lead the preparation of annual budgets, financial forecasts, and expenditure management, ensuring alignment with company goals. Analyze budget variances, implement corrective actions, and provide strategic financial insights to support decision-making. Monitor cash flow and ensure optimal allocation of financial resources to support the company's development projects.
  2. Financial Reporting & Compliance: Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings, ensuring accurate and timely reporting of financial statements. Handle the full set of accounts, including financial reports, supporting schedules, and related documentation. Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and corporate governance policies. Oversee tax-related matters, including tax planning, transfer pricing policies, and regulatory submissions. Liaise with auditors, tax agents, bankers, company secretaries, and other external stakeholders to ensure smooth financial operations.
  3. Cost Control & Risk Management: Assess and mitigate financial risks, ensuring the company's financial stability and integrity. Monitor financial performance, control expenditures, and implement measures to optimize cost efficiency. Develop and maintain internal controls and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to safeguard company assets.
  4. Process Improvement & Team Leadership: Regularly review financial processes and implement improvements to enhance operational efficiency. Provide leadership, guidance, and training to the finance team, fostering professional growth and development. Collaborate with internal departments to resolve financial issues and support cross-functional business needs.
Requirements:
  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in financial management, accounting, or corporate finance.
