Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance.
• At least 3 years of relevant accounting experience.

Responsibilities

• Handle full set of accounts including financial reports and invoices.
• Prepare month-end reconciliations and analysis of general ledger accounts.

• Responsible for handling full set of accounts which include generating financial reports, processing invoices, payables, receivables, journal vouchers, petty cash, inventory report, maintenance of fixed assets registers, and etc.
• Handle daily accounting functions and monthly closing activities including preparation and processing of month end journals.
• Produce of management accounts and financial reports.
• Prepare month-end reconciliations and analysis of general ledger accounts, expenses and development expenditure.
• Maintain good records of accounting entries. Handle clerical tasks such as faxing, photocopying, filing, issue payment voucher, updating records, and etc.
• Ensure accuracy, completeness, timeliness and data integrity of all financial data.
• Timely submission of SST return.
• To undertake any other projects as assigned by superiors from time to time.

Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of relevant working experience in a finance department.
• Strong communication and analytical skills, with the ability to work independently.
• Capable of managing tight schedules and meeting deadlines effectively.
• Highly responsible, accountable, and detail-oriented.
