Job description

We are looking for a motivated and skilled Process Engineer to play a vital role in ensuring the quality, efficiency and safety of our operations.

Responsibilities:

• To review the related Boeing Process Specification documents and develop a manufacturing process documentation for Production use.
• To provide technical leadership in developing new process set up of new product transfer and new process improvement.
• To provide process trainings for new process, products or equipment to the related Line Manager and Technicians.
• To manage process standardization and optimization for quality and productivity improvement.
• Support part, process and equipment qualification activities during pre-production stage of any new product, process or equipment.
• Coordinator and focal person for the on-site Equipment Qualification process for ACM and Boeing representatives.
• Provide technical leadership for process troubleshooting, corrective actions, and improvement plans.
• Coordinate process engineering activities and maintain efficient process flow.
• To be responsible for own safety, safety of colleagues, and company property and adhere to ACM safety and health policy.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in technical disciplines such as Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or Industrial Engineering
• Minimum 2 years of professional engineering in related technical field
• Excellent command of English and Bahasa Melayu
• Excellent skills in MS Office tools. With familiarity in problem-solving techniques and the 7 QC tools, will be an advantage
• Ability to perform work under minimal supervision
