About the job: Employer Branding Specialist
Summary: Developing and executing strategies to enhance the company's reputation as an employer of choice. This role involves creating and managing content, driving social media engagement, and collaborating with various departments to attract and retain top talent.
Your Role:
- Develop and implement comprehensive employer branding strategies that align with the company's vision, mission, values, culture, and business objectives.
- Leverage various channels such as social media, the company's website, industry events including company awards to promote the employer brand.
2. Content Creation, Social Media, and Digital Presence:
- Create engaging content including videos, infographics, employee stories, newsletters, webinars, events, and testimonials.
- Manage the company's presence on social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others.
- Create and schedule posts, respond to comments and reviews, and engage with followers to build a positive online reputation.
3. Employee Engagement and Advocacy:
- Develop and implement programs, including CEO communication, to encourage employee advocacy and internal engagement.
- Organize internal campaigns and events that promote a positive work environment and strengthen company culture.
4. Corporate Social Responsibility:
- Plan, coordinate, and execute CSR projects and campaigns.
- Manage budgets and resources for CSR initiatives.
5. Metrics and Reporting:
- Monitor, track, analyze, and report on branding performance metrics related to employer branding initiatives, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
6. Market & Research:
- Analyze industry trends and competitor activities, utilize feedback and insights to refine branding strategies.
- Stay updated on industry trends and seek innovative ways to improve employer branding efforts.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements.
7. Other Assignments:
- Manage the section's overall budgeting and expense control.
- Perform any other duties as assigned from time to time.
Your Profile:
1. Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Human Resources, Communications, or a related field.
2. Experience:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in employer branding, recruitment marketing, or related areas.
- Strong understanding of employer branding strategies and best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in content creation and social media management.
- Creative thinking and ability to develop innovative branding initiatives.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Experience with data analysis and reporting.
Budget: MYR 5K - 8K overall package per month.
