1. Export Operational Support Associate

• Create and manage bookings via Cargo Wise system.
• Assist with shipment documentation.

Invoicing and Finance Support Associate

• Process invoices to meet KPIs.
• Verify rates and ensure accuracy.
• Resolve invoicing queries with customers at international branches.

What You Need to Succeed:

• Proactive mindset and strong attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to read, write, and speak in Mandarin to support China, Hong Kong, and Taiwan markets.
