Company Secretary Assistant / Administrator

We are seeking a detail-oriented and responsible Company Secretary Assistant / Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess relevant qualifications, with or without experience, and is eager to learn and grow within the company.

Responsibilities
  1. Assist in secretarial and administrative tasks, including preparing resolutions, meeting minutes, forms, annual returns, and corporate secretarial documents.
  2. Handle applications, registrations, filings with the registrar and government agencies, and maintain statutory books and records.
  3. Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, governance best practices, and deadlines.
  4. Provide company secretarial services and support to clients, liaising with SSM and relevant authorities.
  5. Support senior staff and management with various tasks.
  6. Assist in ad-hoc assignments as required.
Requirements
  • Possess relevant qualifications (with or without experience); fresh graduates are welcome.
  • Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Good personality, positive attitude, responsible, self-disciplined, and dedicated.
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure to meet targets.
  • Strong organization and attention to detail skills.
  • Legal compliance knowledge is a plus.
