Job Description

Working Days / Hours: Monday to Friday, 9.30am - 6.30pm

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for backend development of the company’s products, including tackling technical challenges.
• Deliver high-quality design and code; proactively identify and improve existing issues; handle and resolve customer service feedback and production issues.
• Possess strong communication skills; collaborate closely with front-end teams and product managers to define and implement technical solutions.

Requirements:

• Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree or above in Computer Science or a related field, with over 2 years of backend system development experience.
• Proficient in Golang and related frameworks (including but not limited to: TarsGo, Kratos, go-zero).
• Experience with application profiling is required; experience with Vue is a plus.
• Familiar with open-source components such as Linux, MySQL, Redis, Nginx, MQ, Docker, and able to apply and optimize them effectively.
• Solid understanding of TCP, HTTP, HTTPS, and web security. Familiar with general architectural design principles and microservices concepts.
• Strong abstract thinking and domain modeling skills. Experience in designing, developing, and optimizing distributed, high-concurrency, and high-availability systems is a plus.
• Clear thinking, strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication skills, a strong sense of teamwork, proactive attitude, and a willingness to share knowledge.
