Job Responsibilities
  1. Assist in planning and setting up new assembly lines and production processes.
  2. Lead or support the industrialization of new products, including layout planning and process flow setup.
  3. Participate in equipment/tooling selection, installation, and validation.
  4. Work closely with design, production, quality, and supply chain teams to ensure smooth product launch.
  5. Develop work instructions, process documents, and training materials.
  6. Conduct time studies and identify improvements to increase production efficiency.
  7. Ensure all designs and processes meet Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) standards.
  8. Coordinate pilot builds and support production validation activities.
  9. Engage with suppliers and contractors for equipment and tooling needs.
  10. Maintain documentation according to ISO and internal quality standards.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Mechatronics Engineering.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Proficient in English (written and spoken).
  • Skilled in MS Excel, CAD (preferably SolidWorks), and reporting tools.
  • Able to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
  • Knowledge of assembly processes, PFMEA, and work instruction development.
  • Preferred: Experience in lean manufacturing, ISO 9001, ERP systems, and cleanroom/ESD environments.
