Challenges You’ll Tackle
  • Oversee and help execute successful B2B marketing campaigns across various channels, industries, and target audiences, aligned with client goals to achieve measurable impact.
  • Support client governance meetings with operational updates, alignment check-ins, and idea exchanges.
  • Assist in optimizing and analyzing program effectiveness and identifying new opportunities for clients.
  • Support leadership in monitoring key success metrics and addressing potential issues in delivery and client expectations.
What do you need to succeed?
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related fields.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Marketing.
  • At least 1 year of experience in program, change, or project management within a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.
  • Prior experience in B2B software marketing is highly desirable.
  • Experience with project management, process, or operations improvement.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, with a strong drive and bias for action, capable of influencing peers and leaders.
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally, collaborate in teams, and be hands-on to complete tasks.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to motivate oneself and follow through on projects.
  • Ability to thrive in ambiguous environments.
  • Excellent communication skills: impeccable written and oral communication, with the ability to translate data into compelling stories that influence stakeholders and business strategies.
