Get to Know the Role

As a Driver Training Specialist (Senior Executive), you'll help design impactful training modules, deliver engaging sessions, and collaborate with teams to align strategies and drive innovation in instructional design.

You'll be reporting to the Assistant Manager, Driver Training and work on-site in Petaling Jaya, contributing to Grab's mission while enjoying opportunities for professional growth and development.

The Critical Tasks You Will Perform:

• Training Development and Operations
  • You will create tailored training modules for driver and delivery-partners, resolve training issues, and coordinate sessions in both in-person and online formats
  • You will analyse reports and feedback to identify areas for improvement and ensure training materials meet Grab's standards
• Training Delivery
  • You will conduct engaging in-person or online training sessions to empower driver and delivery-partners with essential skills
  • You will address driver and delivery-partners' concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring a smooth and impactful learning experiences
• Stakeholder Engagement
  • You will collaborate with stakeholders to align training strategies and ensure seamless communication
  • You will foster positive relationships and lead initiatives to innovate training methods and enhance outcomes, contributing to Grab's vision of economic empowerment

Qualifications

Essential Skills You Will Need

You have:

• A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in driver training planning and development
• Experience with adult learning theory and instructional design
• Strong knowledge of transportation industry regulations and standards
• Expertise in advanced training platforms such as Axonify, ISpring, Microsoft etc.
• Proficiency in data analysis, including tools like Power BI, with the ability to develop and implement strategies based on data insights.
