Requirements
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Working experience in sales, call center, retail, or insurance is encouraged to apply.
  • Customer-oriented with good interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written).
  • Highly adaptable to a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Able to work during weekends and holidays (will be able to work from home during weekends and holidays).
  • Fluent communication in English & Mandarin (verbal & written). We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
Responsibilities
  • Explain company products to clients.
  • Assist customers in placing orders.
  • Learn about products and services and describe them clearly to customers.
  • Maintain excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to make friends with customers.
  • Remain cool-tempered and handle rejection professionally.
  • Possess outstanding negotiation skills to resolve issues and address complaints.
  • Work 100% from home (training at Kota Damansara Office for 1 month required).
