Job description

Job Responsibilities
  1. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, and general ledger entries.
  2. Preparing monthly financial statements, reports, and analyses to support decision-making.
  3. Assisting with the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and other financial planning activities.
  4. Liaising with internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate financial information.
  5. Providing support for audits and other financial compliance activities.
  6. Identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing effective solutions.
  7. Participating in special projects and ad-hoc tasks as required.
Qualifications and Skills

What we're looking for

  • Ability to speak and read Mandarin due to the Taiwan-based accounting system.
  • Relevant tertiary qualification in Accounting or a related field.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar accounting or bookkeeping role, preferably within the Bookkeeping & Small Practice Accounting industry.
  • Proficiency in financial reporting, budgeting, and analytical skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office applications.
  • A self-motivated and proactive approach to work.
