Responsibilities:
- Plan Development:
- Work with the Business Continuity Head to develop project plans for the delivery and deployment of the BC Lifecycle across the enterprise (Planning & Implementation).
- Serve as an internal consultant to Client Operations, support teams, and vendors in coordinating and deploying BC resilience and redundancy strategies.
- Develop and maintain BCM templates, documents, and other related BC policies and standards.
- Coordinate the implementation of Client Operations’ BC plans in line with the enterprise BC-DR Framework and ISS Compliance requirements.
Program Implementation:- Serve as a key contact to the EMT and DART during business-impacting (emergency) engagements, as assigned by the BCM Head.
- Facilitate monitoring, review, and maintenance of Business Continuity and Recovery plans.
- Support plan activation, implementation, and conduct immediate post-event reviews, lessons learned, and improvements.
- Provide subject matter expertise on BCM processes and coordinate between departments on BC Plans.
Documentation:- Ensure the currency of BC documentation for Client Operations and support teams across all phases of the BCM Lifecycle.
- Maintain and update BCM tools, portals, and reports to reflect the most current changes and updates.
Training Support:- Ensure training modules, awareness programs, and resources are current and support the BCM approach.
- Advocate for BCM to Client Operations and enterprise support teams.

Knowledge, Education, and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical or management discipline.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in project implementation or project management.
- Experience in group analysis exercises.
- Experience or exposure to BCM and Risk Management (preferred).
- Management training background (preferred).
- Multilingual abilities, including English, Mandarin, or other languages.
