Position Overview: We are seeking dedicated professionals to join our team as Rehab Therapists, Physiotherapists, Massage Therapists, or Sports Science Therapists. This role involves working closely with our expert team to bring new and advanced methods of rehabilitation to our clients, fostering wellness through evidence-based practices and personalized care.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design and implement customized rehabilitation and wellness programs, using evidence-based physiotherapy techniques to meet each patient’s unique needs.
2. Conduct assessments, monitor progress, and adjust treatment plans to ensure effective outcomes.
3. Manage daily therapy operations, including equipment upkeep, administration, and reporting.
4. Support data collection and research to advance evidence-based practices.
5. Build strong relationships with patients and team members, fostering a supportive and professional environment.
6. Communicate clearly and professionally, adhering to ethical and organizational standards.
7. Complete additional tasks as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

1. Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Rehabilitation, Physiotherapy, or Sports Science.
2. Certifications: Sports Massage, Lymphatic Drainage, Dry Needling, IASTM, or Kinesio Taping certifications are a bonus.
3. Experience: Minimum 2 years experience in physiotherapy or rehabilitation.
4. Skills & Knowledge:
5. Strong understanding of Rehabilitation, Sports Massage, Human Anatomy, Physiology, and Sports Science.
6. Knowledge of current research and best practices in rehabilitation, wellness, and recovery health.
7. Hands-on experience with a variety of rehabilitation tools and equipment.
8. Proficiency in using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint for documentation and presentations.
9. Languages: Fluency in Bahasa Malaysia and English. Knowledge of Chinese language is highly desirable.
10. Attributes: Excellent interpersonal skills, patience, physical fitness, and a proactive, self-motivated attitude.
