Acmar Group is hiring a Full-time Account Executive in Bandar Baru Klang, Selangor. Apply now to join our team.

Job summary:

  • Availability: Monday to Friday, Morning shifts
  • Experience: 2-3 years in relevant roles
  • Expected salary: RM2,500 per month

(A) DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Handle posting and processing entries to record all business transactions properly.
  • Prioritize and ensure timely month-end closing duties.
  • Prepare reconciliations for all balance sheet items and control accounts.
  • Prepare schedules for year-end audits and taxes.
  • Assist with AR & AP activities alongside accounts assistants, supporting as needed.
  • Liaise with bankers regarding banking matters.
  • Coordinate with auditors and tax agents for audits and tax filings.
  • Work with the company secretary on statutory filings.
  • Perform ad-hoc assignments as required.

(B) REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum LCCI, Diploma, or Degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and familiar with accounting software, preferably Navision.
  • 2-3 years or more experience in accounts receivable and payable.
  • High integrity with strong analytical skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Good planning, prioritization, and multi-tasking abilities.
  • Ability to work independently with a strong sense of responsibility.
  • Self-motivated, able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
