Job Description

• Assist Project Manager/Construction Manager in planning, monitoring, and controlling daily works at the project sites.
• Implement all policies, activities, procedures, and instructions as required by the quality management system.
• Ensure project operations and document control procedures are followed.
• Plan, coordinate, and monitor subcontractor activities at project sites.
• Ensure all works are in accordance with drawings, specifications, construction plans, procedures, and work instructions.
• Ensure inspections and tests are conducted as per Inspection and Test Plans, using all quality control mechanisms, with results conforming to specifications.
• Undertake any other duties as instructed by the superior.

Job Requirements

• Candidate with Sijil Kemahiran Malaysia (SKM) or related certification (SKM/Diploma in Civil Engineering/Construction/Structural or equivalent)
• Possess excellent management, organizational, leadership, communication, and coordination skills.
• Preferably Junior Executive with minimum 1-2 years related work experience as a site supervisor (construction).
• Ability to communicate effectively with technicians, site personnel, consultants, and clients.
• Willing to travel locally.
