Job description

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with internal and external parties (distributors, agencies, governments, authorities) on operational matters, information gathering, and reporting.
  • Monitor economic and political situations, regulations, and compliance requirements in current and new markets.
  • Conduct benchmarking exercises on competitors' conditions and movements in current and potential markets.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders on new market preparations, model launches, training, after-sales improvements, and shipment arrangements.
  • Handle all inquiries from external parties.
  • Assist the team with any special tasks as required.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, for reporting and tracking.
  • Ability to manage logistics tracking, shipment planning, and cost optimization.
  • Knowledge of international trade procedures, export compliance, and documentation (e.g., commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading, certificate of origin) is advantageous.
  • Understanding of automotive parts/products and their international demand is a plus.
  • Flexibility to work across different time zones and communicate with international clients.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks under deadlines.
  • Good interpersonal skills for coordinating with internal teams, shipping lines, and international clients.
