Job Description:
The jobholders are accountable for business support activities within FHS operations (IASMM) and have the following responsibilities to support the FHS team in Kuala Lumpur. Additionally, the jobholder is responsible for active communication with local management and the central team to ensure process and activity consistency.
The Jobholder manages daily office procedures & procurement activities, ensures compliance with Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS) requirements, and supports project planning & execution.
This role requires awareness of potential compliance risks and a commitment to act with integrity, foundational for the company's success, reputation, and sustainable growth.
