Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Administrative Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer located in Seri Kembangan. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for providing executive administrative support, managing expense reports, assisting with administrative tasks, and maintaining effective communication. Other key responsibilities include managing the CEO's calendar and organizing meetings and appointments.

Qualifications

  • Executive Administrative Assistance and Administrative Assistance skills
  • Experience in managing Expense Reports
  • Strong Communication skills
  • Proficiency in Calendaring
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
  • Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
