Job description

Working Location: Ara Damansara

Salary: RM 8500 - RM 9600

Job Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Technical, and Project Management) and external parties (Principals, Partners, and Distributors) to enhance client sales and implementation experiences.
2. Assist sales teams and channel partners in preparing proposals, delivering solutions, and conducting pre-sales demonstrations.
3. Develop strong relationships with partner organizations to ensure seamless collaboration and response to customer needs.
4. Provide technical assistance, product education, and pre-sales support to customers and partners.
5. Prepare and deliver technical presentations, demonstrating solutions tailored to customer needs.
6. Manage and execute consulting services, including Proof of Concept, installation, optimization, and migration.
7. Coordinate and execute tender and quotation submissions, as well as other pre-sales materials.
8. Influence and negotiate with senior stakeholders to support customer and organizational goals.
9. Monitor pre-sales team activities and refine pre-sales processes.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related technical fields.
• Strong understanding of IT.
