Job Responsibilities
- Manage operations under Paynet product, including RPP, FPX, MEPS, MyDebit, IBG, and IBK Biller, ensuring settlement and balancing meet SLA and targets.
- Comply with BNM, PayNet, and bank’s internal guidelines, policies, and SOPs.
- Ensure accuracy of details to achieve satisfactory audit ratings.
- Reconcile GLs and ensure they are accurately accounted for against the Trial Balance with no backlogs.
- Plan for improvements in Cost Productivity and Process Efficiency to enhance overall performance.
- Assist internal stakeholders to improve Internal Engagement survey scores compared to previous results.
- Attend to all dispute claims within SLA to prevent losses and customer complaints.
