Job description

Job Responsibilities

1. Manage operations under Paynet product, including RPP, FPX, MEPS, MyDebit, IBG, and IBK Biller, ensuring settlement and balancing meet SLA and targets.
2. Comply with BNM, PayNet, and bank’s internal guidelines, policies, and SOPs.
3. Ensure accuracy of details to achieve satisfactory audit ratings.
4. Reconcile GLs and ensure they are accurately accounted for against the Trial Balance with no backlogs.
5. Plan for improvements in Cost Productivity and Process Efficiency to enhance overall performance.
6. Assist internal stakeholders to improve Internal Engagement survey scores compared to previous results.
7. Attend to all dispute claims within SLA to prevent losses and customer complaints.
