DOO you have what it takes?

What you’ll be working on:

1. Responsible for business training and probation period assessment of new employees
2. Maintain and update training documents and assessment papers
3. Organize monthly assessments
4. Conduct in-depth research on the company’s products and tools, and provide online training on new products/market activities/trading software, etc.
5. Conduct in-depth research on financial expertise and provide special training that is conducive to market expansion
6. Create and update trading software operation tutorials, etc.

What we’re looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree or above
• Fluent in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
• Have knowledge and experience in stocks, futures, bonds or funds trading
• Have training experience or analyst experience in securities, futures and other financial industries
• Have excellent communication skills and clear logical thinking
• Be self-motivated and able to work independently
• Good image and presentable
