Main Priority: Produce ID Construction Documentation (CAD Drawings) and Specifications.

Develop space plans and select materials.

Create 3D models and renderings for presentations.

Occasionally assist in onsite coordination and supervision.

Undertake any other duties and responsibilities as instructed by the Superior and/or Head of Department from time to time.

Collaborate on design concepts with other team members.

REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or a related field.

At least 3-5 years of proven work experience as an Interior Designer or a similar position with a focus on property development, leasing, and retail assets.

Highly proficient in 2D AutoCAD drawings and ID detailing.

Able to adapt and contribute to improving the company’s CAD drawing standards.

Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Enscape, Photoshop).

Strong understanding of design principles and building codes.

Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Ability to work collaboratively and independently.

Available for short-term travel as needed.

Able to meet multiple deadlines and multitask effectively.

Excellent ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize.

Prioritize work-life balance while being open to occasionally dedicate additional time to urgent tasks.

Able to work under minimal supervision with a strong sense of responsibility.
