Construction Executive and Site Supervisor (Interior Design)

We are seeking a Construction Executive/Site Supervisor to provide efficient site supervision to ensure project completion on schedule.

Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth project progress through close liaison and attendance at meetings with clients, consultants, sub-contractors, and relevant authorities.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly site reports.
• Attend site meetings as required.
• Arrange workers' schedules, material deliveries, and logistics.
• Manage project correspondence and documentation.
• Ensure complete handover of the project.
• Address site issues or problems promptly.
• Handle multiple sub-trades simultaneously.

Qualifications and Skills

• At least 2-5 years of experience in construction, interior design, fit-out/renovation, or related fields.
• Proactive, responsible, hardworking, reliable, and able to work independently or with minimal supervision.
• Willing to work outstation within Malaysia (hostel provided).
• Good knowledge of interior design and fit-out construction sequences.
• Excellent initiative and commitment.

Work Details and Benefits

• Working days: Monday to Friday (9am - 6pm), Saturday (9am - 3pm).
