The role of a Center Manager at Segamat Central Mall encompasses a broad range of responsibilities aimed at ensuring the efficient operation and financial success of the mall.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operational Management: Oversee daily mall operations to ensure smooth functioning and adherence to company standards.
  • Facility Management & Safety Oversight: Oversee the maintenance and functionality of all mall infrastructure, including mechanical, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems.
  • Tenant Relations: Develop and maintain strong relationships with tenants, addressing their needs and concerns promptly.
  • Leasing and Tenant Mix Strategy: Collaborate with leasing teams to curate a tenant mix that aligns with market trends and consumer preferences.
  • Financial Oversight: Monitor operational budgets, forecast expenses, and implement cost control measures. Ensure the mall meets its revenue targets and maintains profitability.
