In line with our business growth, we are looking for a creative and passionate Senior Interior Designer to join our team. You will play a pivotal role in shaping our clients' dreams into reality.

What do we need you to do?

• You will be responsible as the primary client liaison, ensuring seamless communication throughout the design and construction phases
• Lead and mentor junior interior designers and interns, in creating mood boards, 3D designs and detailed 2D plans tailored to client specifications
• Collaborate closely with the Sales & Marketing department to understand and interpret client preferences and requirements
• Oversee site management, conducting thorough assessments to validate design specifications and ensure precise measurements
• Present design concepts to clients, integrating their feedback and making necessary refinements to achieve outstanding results
• Maintain open lines of client communication, promptly addressing inquiries to deliver an exceptional client experience
• Take charge of material sourcing, identifying essential materials and overseeing their procurement
• Facilitate project handovers by organizing off-site briefings with the Project department to smoothly transition projects into the construction phase
• Coordinate with the Project department for on-site briefings to contractors before project commencement, ensuring a cohesive workflow
• Uphold quality assurance standards by conducting regular site visits to monitor progress, identify issues and collaborate with the Project department for timely resolution
• Conduct comprehensive final inspections upon project completion to ensure the highest quality standards are met
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, continuously tracking and recording project developments for transparency and accountability

What do we need from you?

• Possess Diploma/Bachelors’ Degree in Interior Design or related field
• Proven track record of a minimum 3 years’ experience in the Interior Design industry, with a preference for experience in residential projects
• Able to communicate in Mandarin as you need to liaise with mostly Mandarin speaking stakeholders and clients
• Proficiency in B2C interactions, demonstrating an unwavering dedication to prioritizing client needs and strong communication abilities to enabling effective interaction (clients, sales consultants, site supervisors and contractors)
• Adept in the technical skills of AutoCAD, 3DsMax, and SketchUp
• Knowledge in using V-Ray, Corona, Adobe (Photoshop/Illustrator) and MS Office (Word/Excel/PowerPoint) is a plus point
• Familiarity with landed house design and experience with on-site management will be an added advantage
• Demonstrable experience in overseeing projects from initial concept to final execution
• A strong aesthetic sense in interior design with awareness of current trends
• Owns reliable transportation and is enthusiastic about traveling within the Klang Valley area for site visits
• The ability to work independently and proactively
