Qualifications & Experience
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, sales, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years relevant experience in sales.
  • Skills required: Good sales skills, including prospecting, negotiating, and closing deals. Familiarity with CRM software is advantageous.
  • Communication: Good verbal and written communication skills in English for client relations, presentations, and reports.
  • Team Player: Ability to collaborate with different departments to achieve client needs and business goals.
  • Adaptable Adventurer: Flexibility to travel, adapt to market changes, and manage multiple projects.
Tasks & Responsibilities
  • Proactively seek new leads using modern methods like cold calls, networking, and outreach (social media, LinkedIn). Tailor solutions to meet client needs.
  • Develop strategies to grow customer relationships and increase revenue.
  • Present our products/services persuasively to secure deals with new and existing clients.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline in the CRM system.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets set by the company.
  • Participate in industry events to broaden our reach and increase brand presence.
  • Continuously improve sales skills through ongoing training and development.
