We are actively seeking fresh graduates who are passionate about IT and eager to build a career in data center operations and infrastructure. Open roles include:

Key Responsibilities:

1. Handle incident tickets according to SOPs, including incident acceptance, recording, routing, escalation, tracking, and summarizing.
2. Execute change tasks as per change plans, including equipment installation/removal and structured cabling.
3. Register and manage the entry/exit of data center personnel and supplier equipment.
4. Supervise on-site construction and enforce safety regulations within the data center.
5. Monitor data center equipment, perform regular inspections, report faults, and participate in 24/7 shift rotations.
6. Manage the receipt/dispatch of equipment and assets; ensure accurate tracking of all inventory including consumables.
7. Assess data center utilization and suggest optimization improvements, driving implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Perform regular inspections of data center infrastructure such as power distribution systems, UPS, diesel generators, HVAC, pumps, cooling towers, and precision air conditioning.
2. Monitor power and environmental control systems for anomalies.
3. Respond to alarm signals, conduct preliminary assessments, and escalate as needed.
4. Conduct preventive maintenance on power and infrastructure systems.
5. Support senior engineers with professional maintenance work.
6. Participate in emergency response and repair operations.
7. Maintain organized records of operations, blueprints, materials, and tools.
8. Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors.

3. IT Asset Management

Key Responsibilities:

1. Maintain accurate records of assets used in the supercomputing data center.
2. Establish and enhance asset management systems and workflows.
3. Ensure strict execution of client-defined asset management processes.
4. Address and resolve daily issues and incidents promptly.
5. Investigate and reconcile inventory discrepancies.
6. Act as a liaison with clients to handle asset-related queries and provide support.
7. Coordinate with the supply chain team for asset receiving and inventory accuracy.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or any related field
• Strong interest in data center operations and IT infrastructure
• Willingness to work on-site and on rotational shifts if required
• Eager to learn and work in a team-based environment
• Good communication and troubleshooting skills
