A leading beverage company in Malaysia seeks a strategic Assistant Manager for Sales/Marketing. The role involves managing relationships with key stakeholders, analyzing market trends, and optimizing marketing funds. Candidates should possess strong analytical and negotiation skills, with a degree in business and relevant experience in the FMCG sector.

Builds and maintains strong relationships with consumer and trade leaders, key industry organizations, industry peers, and agents/distributors.
Analyzes the changing customer needs and market trends, understands how they affect the current and future business, and responds proactively to secure long-term business performance.
Demonstrates deep expertise in On-Premise channel operations and Key Account Management, with a focus on strategic growth and partner engagement.
Manages and controls Allocation Marketing Funds (AMF), ensuring optimal utilization aligned with business objectives.
Leads regular top-to-top business reviews, evaluating performance, refining promotional strategies, and aligning on future objectives with key stakeholders.
Collaborates cross-functionally with Logistics, Demand Planning, Commercial Finance, and other support divisions to ensure executional excellence and operational alignment.
REQUIREMENTS:
Possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, or Professional Degree in Business Studies, Administration, Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 4 years of relevant working experience in Sales or Marketing, preferably within the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) industry.
Strong analytical skills, coupled with excellent negotiation and presentation abilities.
Self-motivated, results-driven, and equipped with outstanding interpersonal skills.
Proficient in both written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Computer literate with solid working knowledge of Microsoft Windows applications (e.g., Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Willing and able to travel as part of the job responsibilities.
