Purpose of the Role:

Assist the Market Lead in managing client relationships, improving processes, fostering cross-functional engagement, and supporting project and operational processes as needed.

Providing overall administrative support and assistance to the department, aligned to the company mission, vision and core values to ensure achievement of customer fulfilment and service objectives of the company and in compliance with GxP and other Regional Guidelines

Expectations of the Role:

Administrative Functions: Maintaining good documentation practices. Ensure accuracy, consistency, timeliness, traceability, clarity. Inclusive but not limited to filling of inbound, outbound, storage, return, destruction, clinical sourcing, finance documentations, etc.

Acts as a backup in other Administrative Functions: Assisting in customer services, communicate concerns on delivery schedules, change in delivery schedule, address verification and assist in dealing with other concerns and issue raised by internal and external stakeholders.

Clinical Sourcing: Order processing and follow-up. Work closely with procurement, business development, project management, operations and other departments to ensure alignment and support for clinical sourcing processes.

Support continuous improvement within and across departments by participating in cross functional project teams and/or Internal Audit team and by assist in preparing procedures for improvements.

Performs other duties as assigned when required.
