You are

• Attentive, a good listener with strong observation skills to ensure accurate diagnosis.
• Responsible, advising our customers and ensuring they feel healthy.
• An effective decision-maker, acting on diagnoses to provide solutions.

You will

• Identify the patient's condition (feelings, pain), perform first aid, assess whether medical care is essential, and update the nursing care file.
• Check the hygiene and safety of the resort and report any malfunctions.
• Manage inventory and material orders.
• Train service managers on how to behave in the event of an accident and to take a preventive role regarding personnel.
• Prepare a care plan for patients at home in collaboration with Europ Assistance and coordinate interventions.
• Collaborate with local doctors and medical facilities, providing technical assistance.
• Ensure compliance with Club Med health and safety rules and maintain assets.
