A leading clinic in Kulim is seeking a Clinic Manager to oversee operations, manage staff, and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations. The ideal candidate will have a background in healthcare administration and experience in a supervisory role. Responsibilities include managing budgets, patient relations, and maintaining service standards. - Oversees day-to-day operations of the clinic.
- Ensures the clinic runs efficiently and meets service standards.
- Monitors patient flow and resolves operational issues promptly.
- Maintains cleanliness and safety protocols.
2. Staff Supervision
- Manages clinic budgets, expenses, and billing processes.
- Implements and maintains e-invoicing systems in compliance with government regulations.
- Ensures timely issuance and submission of e-invoices to patients and relevant authorities.
- Monitors accounts receivable/payable and oversees collections.
3. Inventory and Equipment
- Monitors stock levels of medical and office supplies.
- Ensures equipment is maintained, calibrated, and functional.
4. Patient Relations
- Handles patient inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
- Ensures patient satisfaction and upholds confidentiality and service quality.
5. Compliance & Documentation
- Ensures the clinic complies with healthcare, tax, and safety regulations.
- Maintains accurate medical, administrative, and financial records.
- Ensures all invoicing complies with current e-invoicing guidelines and reporting standards.
6. Marketing & Growth
- Supports clinic marketing activities and community outreach.
- Works with management to implement service improvements and growth strategies.
Qualifications
- Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Management, or a related field.
- Experience in a healthcare setting, ideally in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Familiarity with e-invoicing systems and government tax requirements.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of medical billing systems and healthcare regulations.
Salary
RM3500 - RM4000 (Negotiable)
