Job description

  • Manage GM's schedule, arrange meetings, appointments, and travel itineraries.
  • Coordinate logistics for local and international business trips.
  • Correspondence & Communication:
    • Handle emails, phone calls, and correspondence in Bahasa Malaysia, English, and Chinese.
    • Act as a liaison between the GM, employees, clients, and external partners.
  • Document Preparation & Filing:
    • Prepare reports, presentations, and documents for meetings.
    • Maintain an organized filing system for sensitive information.
  • Meeting Coordination:
    • Prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
    • Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and conferences.
  • General Administrative Support:
    • Handle confidential matters with discretion.
    • Support day-to-day operations and assist in special projects as needed.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant is preferable.
  • At least a Diploma in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, or related field.
  • Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia, English, and Chinese (both written and spoken).
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to handle confidential information.

Remuneration:

  • Basic Salary: Up to RM4k
