A leading company in Malaysia is seeking a Talent Acquisition Executive to manage recruitment processes, build candidate pipelines, and enhance employer branding. The ideal candidate will possess a degree in HR or related fields and have 1-2 years of recruitment experience. Strong communication and time management skills are essential for success in this role.

Handle end-to-end recruitment to ensure timely hiring based on business needs and expansion plans.
Work with hiring managers and HR to plan for New Store Openings (NSOs) and staff replacements.
Build a pipeline of pre-screened candidates and partner with schools to attract fresh talent.
Use various sourcing channels like job portals, social media, referrals, and job fairs.
Work with Marketing to improve employer branding and attract more candidates.
Manage the offer process and ensure a smooth onboarding experience with HR and Training teams.
Track and analyze recruitment data to evaluate hiring effectiveness.
Provide reports and insights for internal stakeholders to support better hiring decisions.
What we're looking for
Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, Business Admin, or related field.
1-2 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment.
Good communication skills with the ability to manage stakeholders effectively.
Good time management and multitasking abilities.
Willingness to travel as necessary.
