Your Responsibilities

• Lead and execute industrialization projects independently up to series maturity
• Create and review schedules and budgets
• Support production management with investment and plant planning
• Identify improvement potentials and perform cost-effectiveness calculations following the KVP principle
• Analyze and optimize processes and production methods (organizational, technological, safety) using 5S and lean methodologies

Your Qualifications

• Relevant technical training and further education as a technician/master craftsman (m/w/d) or comparable
• Strong technical, technological, and economic understanding
• Excellent PC and Office skills
• Good English skills
• Practical approach and team ability
• High quality awareness and process-oriented thinking and acting
• Communication skills, organizational ability, and assertiveness
