Assistant Manager-Key Account Operations (Ipoh)

Job Description
Service and develop accounts assigned efficiently by delivering a profitable volume through superior customer service, achieve competitive advantage and maximize accounts potential to drive General Trade's objectives.
Ensure effective implementation of all promotion / activities in the accounts assigned so that sales volume target is achieved.
Conduct sales and operations reviews with customer.
Initiate in-store promotion and any sales / marketing related activities to drive profitable volume as well as brand presence.
Analyze and present internal sales data and market research data to the customers.
Ensure collection is made according to credit terms extended to the customers and to improve Daily Sales Outstanding to achieve target.
Maximize volume potential through category initiatives.
Responsible to upgrade staffs skills and competencies of the team to achieve best in industry reputation.

Qualifications
Candidate must possess at least a STPM or preferably Diploma / Bachelor�s Degree in Business Studies, Economics or equivalent.
At least 3-5 years of sales experience with good sales record / client servicing / business development / key account in FMCG environment.
Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Sales - Corporate, Distributor / Channel Sales or equivalent.
Computer literate with proficiency in Ms Office, e.g Ms Words and Ms Excel.
Possess good interpersonal and communication skill and pleasant personality.
Good organizational capabilities, being able to lead a team and has analytical mind.
Must be willing to be based in Ipoh.
