CorpsAfrica seeks a consultant for a three-month project to enhance its M&E framework and develop methodologies for measuring impact in community-led development. The role requires strategic thinking and proven experience in M&E design.
CorpsAfrica provides young Africans with a transformative experience to participate in their countries' development and find their place in the world. Inspired by the Peace Corps model, Volunteers undergo rigorous training and live for up to one year in rural, high-poverty communities to facilitate small-scale, high-impact projects through Community-led Development (CLD). Over the last decade, CorpsAfrica has expanded from Morocco to Senegal, Malawi, Rwanda, Ghana, Kenya, Uganda, The Gambia, and Ethiopia, with programs in Cote d’Ivoire and Nigeria launching soon. While project outcomes are routinely tracked and reported, the organization aims to better capture impact beyond standard metrics, including mindset change, household financial well-being, and volunteer impact.

The consultancy is expected to last three months, starting June 9th, including attendance at an all-organizational event in Nairobi during the week of June 15th.
