Job Description for Procurement Executive

Assist in executing project’s procurement strategies aligned with project requirements, budget, and timeline.

Identify potential suppliers that meet the company’s standards for price, quality, and delivery schedule.

Conduct cost and service comparisons among potential suppliers and subcontractors.

Manage the procurement process from order placement to delivery, ensuring compliance with quality and timing specifications.

Assist in preparing bid documents and developing supplier bid lists to obtain competitive quotations on commodities and services.

Ensure all procurement activities comply with relevant regulations, policies, and procedures.

Identify and mitigate potential risks related to supply chain disruptions, material shortages, or price fluctuations.

Maintain accurate records and documentation on solicitations, responses, purchases, contracts, and related follow-up.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Business, Marketing, or an equivalent discipline.
• Candidates with a background in construction procurement for M&E projects are strongly encouraged to apply.

• Strong negotiation skills and familiarity with ISO standards.
• Resourceful, able to work independently with minimal supervision.
