Join Our Team as a Front Office Assistant – Immediate Hiring!

Are you friendly, well-organized, and enjoy helping people? We’re looking for a Front Office Assistant to be the face of our company – someone who can make a great first impression while ensuring smooth day-to-day front desk operations.

If you have strong communication skills in Mandarin, enjoy working in a dynamic environment, and are ready to start immediately, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and guests in a professional and friendly manner.
  2. Handle incoming calls, messages, and inquiries efficiently.
  3. Perform basic administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and scheduling.
  4. Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
  5. Coordinate with internal teams to support daily office operations.
  6. Assist in managing appointments and walk-in customers.
Requirements:
  1. Malaysian citizen or Permanent Resident only (applications from other nationalities will not be considered)
  2. Must be able to speak, read, and write in Mandarin fluently to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
  3. Pleasant personality with good interpersonal and communication skills
  4. Able to work 6 days per week on a rotational shift basis
  5. Willing to start work immediately after interview (urgent hiring)
