Job description

Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced IT Support Manager to lead and coach a team of security engineers in supporting security operations and IT infrastructure, including clouds. As an IT Support Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the IT support team, ensuring that they are providing high-quality support to our customers. You will also be responsible for the development and implementation of new support processes and procedures.

Responsibilities:

  1. Lead and coach a team of security engineers in supporting security operations and IT infrastructure, including clouds.
  2. Ensure that the IT support team is providing high-quality support to our customers.
  3. Develop and implement new support processes and procedures.
  4. Manage the IT support budget.
  5. Mentor and develop junior IT support staff.
  6. Stay up-to-date on the latest cybersecurity threats and vulnerabilities.
  7. Respond to security incidents in a timely and effective manner.

Qualifications:

  1. 5+ years of experience in IT support, with 3+ years of experience in a supervisory or management role.
  2. Experience in leading and coaching a team of IT professionals.
  3. Experience in implementing or maintaining security solutions including SIEM, firewalls, EDR, etc.
  4. Proven ability to develop and implement new support processes and procedures.
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  6. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  8. Experience with cybersecurity threats and vulnerabilities is a plus.
